No wadding as the denim makes for quite a heavy quilt. The borders had been precut for a kit and weren't required.  &lt;div&gt;Back in May 1995 a friend held a workshop in our local CWA Rooms and introduced several ladies to the art of patchwork and quilting.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Although mine hangs proudly on the wall in the hallway, it still has basting threads and only the two blocks on the left have been quilted by hand.
